Plagiarism Policy

At GEM Journal, we are committed to publishing original and high-quality research. All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection tools. If a paper is found to contain plagiarized content, it will be rejected immediately. Authors must ensure proper citation of all sources and maintain academic integrity. For any queries, feel free to contact us.

Review Process

GEM Journal follows a Single-Blind Review process. Manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team for scope, originality, and quality. Suitable manuscripts are forwarded to reviewers, whose identities remain anonymous to authors. Final publication decisions are based on reviewer feedback and editorial judgment.

Research Ethics and AI Policy

Authors must adhere to ethical standards including full disclosure of conflicts of interest, proper citation of sources, and avoidance of plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts exceeding 10% similarity index (excluding references) may be rejected.

GEM Journal acknowledges the use of AI tools in research but discourages their use for writing substantial parts of manuscripts. If used, authors must disclose the nature and extent of AI assistance in a separate note at the end of the manuscript.

Archival Policy

GEM Journal maintains a publicly accessible digital archive of all past issues on its official website. All published articles are preserved in PDF format and organized issue-wise in the Archives section. In addition, institutional copies are retained within the college library and digital repository. We plan to integrate LOCKSS and institutional repositories for long-term preservation.
